We make a promise to each of our Bootcamp clients. At Fighting Fit Bootcamps, your health, fitness, and wellbeing are important to us. We will remember your name, your goals, and we will motivate and encourage you to push yourself to reach your goals. We won't let you fail.
Results you can expect
During the Bootcamp, you will experience increased energy levels, weight loss, improved fitness levels and strength, increased self-confidence, learn new skills and knowledge and meet new people. These are some of the benefits of joining the Fighting Fit Bootcamp programme. We recommend you stick to a healthy balanced diet during the Bootcamp, and all the time in fact, no skipping breakfast before sessions! It is important to give your body the fuel it needs to train and recover optimally. We will give you guidance and tips in this area during the Bootcamp.
